Owl Card Access
Both the Computer Classroom and the Production Studio are available to urban planning students during those times in which there isn’t a class or special event scheduled for the room. That even includes nights and weekends*. In order to gain access, students who are enrolled in the School must fill out a SURP Classroom Rules Acknowledgement and Agreement Form and turn it in to Alejandra Quintero (firstname.lastname@example.org) in SO 284.
One of the rules is that students must check the Online Facilities Calendar in order to make sure that the room is available for their use. Then, after being entered into the door lock system, students can use their student ID card (Owl Card) on card swipe door locks to use amenities inside.
*Note: For both student safety and for rules compliance these facilities are monitored through the use of FAU security video cameras.
