Neysa Herrera Cuello is the first FAU student recipient of the B. Harold Farmer Scholarship

The Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA) selected Neysa Herrera Cuello as this year’s recipient of the B. Harold Farmer Scholarship, as part of the academic scholarship program. The FCCMA Academic Scholarship Program recognizes students of Public Administration that demonstrate a strong commitment to pursuing a career in local government management, successfully balance both school and personal endeavors, and understand the ICMA Code of Ethics and the council/manager form of government.The B. Harold Farmer Scholarship has been in place since 1992, and Neysa is the first student from Florida Atlantic University that receives an FCCMA Scholarship.
