Mrs. Sigal Rubin is a Visiting Instructor and the Assistant Graduate Coordinator for the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University. Mrs. Rubin’s teaching background focused on working with special needs students in math, science, history, and criminology courses. While teaching full time, she completed her Master’s in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University. Mrs. Rubin started working as an adjunct instructor and is now a full-time instructor as well as the assistant graduate coordinator of the Master’s Program. She also assists the director, Dr. John Smykla, with special projects within the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice. She has developed two fully online courses for the school, both of which have been given the Quality Matters seal. Mrs. Rubin teaches courses in Law, Crime, and the Criminal Justice System, Women and Criminal Justice, and Special Topics: Violence in Relationships.
